Bitrix24 Drive technical limits


Bitrix24 commercial plan subscribers may face the Bitrix24 Drive technical limit. We've made this limit to guarantee the correct functioning of the service for all Bitrix24 users.

How it works

Bitrix24 Professional plan has a 1 Tb technical limit.

What happens if you exceed this limit?

  1. If more than 500 Gb are used by video, audio files or archives, you'll get a notification first. If after getting the notification such files size doesn't lessen, your Bitrix24 account will be disabled.

  2. If your Bitrix24 Drive storage space is occupied with work files and documents, contact our technical support to increase the limit.
