You can measure your stress level in Bitrix24 using your smartphone, reduce it and increase your productivity.

How is your stress level measured

Stress level depends on the heart rate variability (HRV) that can be measured using the camera of your smartphone.

How it works

In the Bitrix24 Mobile app, go to the main menu > tap Stress level > Measure.

Stress level measurement is performed in the Welltory app, so you need to download it and install it. Then follow the instructions and the result will be saved to your Bitrix24 account profile.

Tap Show in profile and the result will be shown in your profile.

If you don't want your colleagues to see your result, select the Save privately option. Later you can switch between private and public modes by clicking the eye icon.

How to disable the stress level measurement option

Bitrix24 account administrator can disable the stress level measurement option in the account settings section.
