From January 1, 2021 Bitrix24 Telephony will be available only on commercial plans. These limits include all types of connection: rented numbers, connection via free REST applications and SIP connector.
What does it mean?
On January 1, 2021 Bitrix24 Telephony will be disconnected on the Free plan.
After Telephony disconnecting:
- You won't be able to top up your telephony balance and rent a number.
- Calls will be marked as missed in the CRM feed, Chat and Telephony details.
- Early call records will be not deleted. They all will remain on your Bitrix24 Drive.
- The rented number will be assigned to you for 90 days. You may continue to use it after switching to a commercial plan. After 90 days of inactivity, the number will be returned to the general pool of numbers for rent.

How to test Bitrix24 Telephony
From January 1, 2021, you can test Telephony on the Free plan in demo mode or as an integrator for a period not exceeding 15 days.
