SIP-connector: Free plan limits

From January 1, 2021, Bitrix24 Telephony will be available only on commercial plans.These limits include all types of connection: rented numbers, connection via free REST applications and SIP connector.

These changes apply to all plans - both current and archived.

What does it mean?

On January 1, 2021, Telephony will be disconnected for Free plan users.

After Telephony disconnecting:

  • You will not be able to pay for the SIP Connector module.
  • Calls will be marked as missed in the CRM feed, Chat and Telephony details.
  • Early call records will be not deleted. They all will remain on your Bitrix24 Drive.

What to do?

To continue using the integration of your SIP PBX with Bitrix24 via SIP Connector, you need to switch to any commercial plan:

How to test SIP-connector?

From January 1, 2021, you can test the integration of your SIP PBX and Bitrix24 via SIP-connector on the Free plan in demo mode or as an integrator for a period not exceeding 30 days.

You do not need to pay for the SIP-connector module. We provide free 60 minutes for outgoing calls and checking equipment.
