Renew subscription for Bitrix24 On-Premise


All updates and priority support are 100% free your first year. If you’d like to receive those afterward, annual subscription cost is set at 25% of the price for the on premise Bitrix24 edition you purchased.

If you don’t purchase renewals and maintenance subscription because you don’t need them, your software will remain fully operational for the indefinite period of time, with the exception of the modules that rely on Bitrix24 servers and incur costs to us, like Bitrix24 Telephony, Open Channels, access to API & Marketplace apps.

 You’ll be able to update your software at any point in the future by simply purchasing annual subscription at 25%.
