Facebook and Instagram ads

We've added new features for working with ads in CRM marketing. Now you can run ads on Facebook and Instagram from your Bitrix24. You only need to connect your account, set up ads and send them for verification. After that, the service will run your ads and you will get new customers.

Feed message creation form in the Bitrix24 mobile app

We've expanded the feature set when creating messages in Feed in the Bitrix24 mobile app. Now you can not only add a file to a post and specify recipients, but also change a message background, make an announcement or express appreciation to the employee, as well as add a title or a poll.

Ping messages in Tasks

You can send a ping message and request the status of the task in progress.
