The intranet search window is available from all intranet pages, you can find it on the top:



Simply start typing the search phrase - the smart suggest will show the available results immediately - you can click on the result name as soon as it will be suggested:



The new tasks, messages, files will be included in the search results as soon as they appear in your Bitrix24.

Activity Stream search

When you need to find the particular Activity Stream discussion - the most convenient tool is Activity Stream search:



The search filter allows to limit results by author, recipient or group and date of the message:



Important: the search results will display only those messages which the user has access to.

Search and filters in tasks

If you need to find a particular task - it is better to use one of the tools available inside tasks section:

1. Tasks search: you can search for any task name with the help of this filter.



2. Main task list filter: limit tasks shown in the list by status "in progress", "deferred", "completed", "all" or users.



3. All tasks filters (main & extended): if you open "All" section in tasks, you will find more filters - main:

The filter can also be customized: in the normal filter view under "My filters" click "add" tab:



In the "create new filter" window various tasks filter conditions or conditions groups can be added. Conditions group - is a group of conditions where either all ("and") or only one ("or") of the conditions must be fulfilled.



Instant Messenger (chat) History

To search for the specific chat message first open the chat with user or group and use "History" tab:



You can search for the key words or filter by date:

You can also find search option in Bitrix24 CRM and Employees, and filter in Workflows.
