Workgroup notifications


As a workgroup member, you can receive various notifications about the workgroup activities.

 Here is how to configure them:

1. Main Notifications Setting: general settings for all workgroup notifications can be found under your Profile menu > Configure Notifications > Advanced Mode:

Scroll down to find workgroup notifications menu under Social Network section:

2. Individual workgroup notifications subscription: can be enabled by each user individually inside each workgroup:

Please note that if you'd like a particular employee to receive the workgroup message notification you need to add this employee as individual recipient to the workgroup message (otherwise if the user don't have this workgroup notifications enabled (see option 2 above) - he\she won't receive a notification):

If you see hidden recipient listed among the message recipients, it means the message has been addressed to the private workgroup you don't belong to:

Users who do belong to that workgroup will see this message with the group name:
