How to contact Bitrix24 Support

Bitrix24 partners and commercial plan users can contact technical specialists only through the online chat from the Help widget.

Click on the question icon in the upper right corner. Scroll down the page and click the Ask a question button.

Only portal administrators can contact technical support.

If you can't find the Bitrix24 Support chat

  • Check if you are an administrator of your Bitrix24.

  • Make sure you do not have a Partner Support connected. In this case, you need to find a support chat with your partner and ask him or her for advice.
