Set a standard profile view for all users

The user profile shows all the required information about an employee, such as contact details, date of birth, position in the company, etc. You can configure a unified set of fields in the user's profile on your own with the help of the standard profile view.


How to set a standard profile view for all users

Only account administrators can create new fields in the users' profiles and set a standard profile view for all users.

Click on your name and select Profile.

Select the needed fields from the list or create a new one.

You can edit or rename any field if necessary.

After that, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Standard profile view > Set as standard profile view for all users.

Employees can use a standard profile view or configure their custom view. If a user clicks Reset profile view, the system will set the profile view to the one selected by an administrator.
