Change Billing Cycle

Unfortunately, the billing cycle for your commercial subscription cannot be changed. For example, if you have a Standard subscription with a 6-month billing cycle, you cannot change it to a Standard subscription with a 12-month billing cycle. 

Although you can upgrade and downgrade between the available subscription plans, your billing cycle cannot be changed either. All upgrades and downgrades can be carried out within your current billing cycle. For example, if you have a Standard subscription with a 6-month billing cycle, you can:   

  • upgrade to a Professional subscription with a 6-month billing cycle

  • downgrade to a Plus subscription with a 6-month billing cycle

You cannot, for example, upgrade your Standard subscription with a 6-month billing cycle to a Professional subscription with a 12- or 24-month billing cycle.

To change your billing cycle, you’d need to cancel your current subscription first, after that you can upgrade or downgrade to another subscription option with the required billing cycle. Learn how to cancel your commercial subscription
