Open Channels Statistics and Export

Bitrix24 account administrators have access to Open Channels statistics (Open Channels > More > Statistics details). All collaboration performed via activated Open Channels is recorded here.

This details page can be used by account admin to check the status of conversations - e.g. which chats require employees responses, rate them, check conversations history or continue discussions.

Rated By Supervisor

Supervisors can rate open channels conversations:
  •  under Open Channels > Statistics. 
  • inside chat conversations of subordinates.

  • inside chat history.
Rated by supervisor option is available for Bitrix24 Standard or Professional plan subscribers only.

Statistics Export

This statistics can be exported to Excel. You can configure what columns will be displayed in the statistics list & will be exported: open List Settings > List Columns  -  tick fields you want to be listed as columns & click Apply.
