How to find my Bitrix24 account

If you are newbie & don't remember how to access your Bitrix24 account, this article is here to help. 

Please do the following:
  • Open Bitrix24 Network page

  • In the authorization window - add email address used in registration & password you have created.
  • If you haven't confirmed your email address yet
    Please click on "Forgot my password" link.
    If you see the error message that the system can't find such email address
    This means that you either have used another email address or one of the social network icons to create your Bitrix24. If you don't remember which one you've used please email us with details.

    • After successful authorization please click on My Bitrix24 tab - here you will find all Bitrix24 account you have already created. Click on the account name to open it. To create new Bitrix24 account use Create Bitrix24 tab.
