Set up tasks between different Bitrix24 accounts

Sometimes you need to work on a task with your business partner. But what if this partner has his/her own Bitrix24 and doesn't have access to yours? No need to use extranet or email - you can set up tasks between different Bitrix24 accounts!

To add such tasks you need to change some settings. Go to Settings in the menu on the left > scroll down and tick Allow users of my Bitrix24 communicate in global Bitrix24 Network. Your business partner should do the same in his/her Bitrix24 settings. Setting up tasks between different Bitrix24 accounts will be available in 24 hours after saving changes.

How it works

Enter the partner's name in Responsible person field and click Search Bitrix24.Network.

Choose the person that you want to be responsible for this task.

That's it! Set up tasks between different Bitrix24 accounts and start working together with your partners!
Your partner will work using his/her Bitrix24. Also, you can add participants or observers that will work on the task using their Bitrix24.
