Bitrix24.Network chat is disabled

Bitrix24.Network chat will be disabled shortly. This is done to limit the use of this tool for undesirable purposes.

If you use Bitrix24.Network chat to communicate with your partners or clients, you can use Bitrix24 Messenger.

Chat with users of different Bitrix24 àccounts is available to commercial plans subscribers only. Learn more about Bitrix24 Plans and Pricing.

How it works

Enter the name of the person you need and click Search Bitrix24.Network.

Open Settings > Privacy and allow to Show your contact in search. Otherwise, your partners or clients won't be able to find you in Network.

Select the user from the list and start a chat with your partner! :)

Contacts and message history are not transferred from Bitrix24.Network chat to Bitrix24 Messenger. If you need your message history, you can copy it manually.
