Chat with users of different Bitrix24 accounts

You may need to contact a user of a different Bitrix24 account. You can do that in Bitrix24 Messenger.

To contact a user of a different Bitrix24 account, you need to change some settings. Go to Settings in the menu on the left > scroll down and tick Allow users of my Bitrix24 communicate in global Bitrix24 Network. The administrator of the other Bitrix24 account should do the same in his/her Bitrix24 settings.

How it works

Enter the name of the person you need and click Search Bitrix24.Network.

Select the user from the list and start a new chat.

Chat with users of different Bitrix24 accounts is available to commercial plans subscribers only. Learn more about Bitrix24 Plans and Pricing.
