You can connect your office or mobile number to Bitrix24 via setting it as default number for outgoing calls.
Just open Telephony section > Connection > Connect to your number > Connect > Configure phone number.
Then click Enter company phone number > enter your phone number > click Confirm.
An automated call will be made to this phone number and the verification code will be dictated by voice. Enter this code and click Confirm.
- The call made to your number to provide the confirmation code is a paid call. Please make sure you have sufficient balance in your Bitrix24 account. Your account will be charged according to the outgoing call rates.
- Money is deducted from your Bitrix24 Telephony balance only, not from your phone number balance.
Done! Bitrix24 telephony is now connected to your number.
Now you can use your own number as the Default number for outgoing calls. In Telephony section, click Settings > Configure default numbers.

How am I charged for outgoing calls?
If you call from Bitrix24, money is deducted from your Bitrix24 Telephony balance only, not from your phone number balance. You can check outgoing calls rates in this list.
But if you call from your mobile or office phone, not from Bitrix24, you get charged by your provider and this call is not added to Bitrix24 CRM.
Can I get incoming calls in Bitrix24 if I've connected my own number?
No, you cannot accept incoming calls in Bitrix24 if you've connected your own number. Number preferences include only outbound calls and callbacks.
So, if somebody calls you, you can accept it on your phone, but this incoming call is not added to Bitrix24 CRM.
