Connect Bitrix24 telephony to your own number

You can connect your office or mobile number to Bitrix24 via setting it as a default number for outgoing calls.

Click Telephony > Connection > Connect own number.

Then enter your number in the international format and click Connect.

After that, you'll get an automated call to the specified phone number and you'll get your verification code. Enter this code to connect the number.

  1. The call made to your number to provide the confirmation code is a paid call. Please make sure you have sufficient balance in your Bitrix24 account. Your account will be charged according to the outgoing call rates.
  2. Money is deducted from your Bitrix24 Telephony balance only, not from your phone number balance.
  3. Connect own mobile number option is temporary unavailable.
If you don't have enough money on your Bitrix24 Telephony balance and cannot verify the number, you can do that later. Just click the Configure button at the top right corner.

Click the actions button > Confirm number.

Enter the verification code and click Confirm. Or if you don't know it, click Call Again.

You can specify the connected number as a default number for outgoing calls. Click Telephony > Connection > Configure telephony > Telephony settings > Configure default numbers.

You cannot call emergency services (112, 911, etc.) from Bitirx24 using your own number connected to Bitrix24 Telephony.

How to disconnect my own number?

In Telephony > Connection section, click Configure numbers and select the connected number.

In Disconnect number section, click the Disconnect number button.
