Configure access permissions for Marketing

Marketing helps you work with your customer base. Create campaigns and define audiences. Set access permissions to control who can create segments and manage ads.

Check if access permissions are available on your Bitrix24 plan.

By default, only the Bitrix24 account administrator can manage access permissions. Go to Marketing > More > Access permissions.

Select sales pipelines

You can set permissions for all pipelines at once or for each pipeline separately. This is useful when different employees handle different deal pipelines. For example, users can send mailings only within their assigned pipelines.
Sales pipelines

To choose a pipeline, click All Pipelines. After you set permissions for one pipeline, switch to the next.

Set up roles

A role defines a set of permissions for a user. Marketing includes three default roles:

  • Administrator — full access to all Marketing features
  • Manager — no access to templates, blacklist, or settings
  • Supervisor — no access to templates, blacklist, or settings; cannot view clients in Campaigns, Ads, or Segments

You can edit default roles or create new ones. Click Create Role and enter a name.

Assign roles to users

You can assign both default and custom roles to different user groups:

  • Recent items — employees, departments, and groups you recently searched for
  • Workgroups — all groups in your Bitrix24
  • My groups — groups you belong to
  • Employees and departments — company structure or specific users
  • Search — find users, departments, or groups by name

If a user has multiple roles, the system applies the highest level of access.

Click the Plus (+) button to add users.

Configure permissions

Set access levels for each section:

  • Campaigns — view, create, run, stop, pause campaigns, and view recipients
  • Ads — view campaigns, run, stop, pause ads, and view recipients
  • Segments — create and edit segments, view clients, edit leads, upload custom addresses
  • Sales Boost — create rules, run, stop, pause, and view rules
  • Templates — view and edit templates
  • Blacklist — view and edit the blacklist
  • Start — view the Marketing home page
  • Settings — change settings, including access permissions

Enable permissions using the checkboxes next to each option. Click Save.
