What to do if the time is displayed incorrectly?

What's wrong?

Some users have incorrectly displayed time zone in Bitrix24. This situation has affected those who use the Windows 7 operating system and a browser based on the Chromium engine: Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Opera, Vivaldi.

What to do?

There are two solutions:

  1. Update your browser. There is no problem with time zone in Chromium 90.0.4400. Unfortunately, we can not influence the release dates of browser updates.
  2. Bitrix24 desktop app uses the Chromium engine. If you have incorrectly displayed time in the desktop, use the second solution.

  3. Turn on the automatic DST switch in the Windows 7 settings. After that, change the time zone to any other time zone and then specify the correct one.
