Convert chat messages to tasks

Wouldn't it be great to switch from chats to tasks when it's appropriate? Bitrix24 chat offers the option of adding new tasks directly from chat messages in a few clicks.

Hover the cursor over a message, click the three dots button, and select Create > Task.

The new task form will slide out on the right of the page. You are automatically assigned the roles of responsible person and task creator. Other chat members are added as observers to the task.

Once you save the changes, you will see an automated message in the chat. Click on the active link inside the message to open the task.

Now, you can work with the task as usual: edit it, leave comments, change the deadline, etc.
