To manage inventory effectively, you need to track how products move between warehouses. A transfer document shows where products are stored, when they were moved, as well as their quantity and price. This helps you keep the right products in the right warehouses at the right time.
You can create a transfer document in the Bitrix24 mobile app even when you are away from your workplace.
Open the Inventory management section and tap the + button in the lower-right corner.
Select Transfer.
Next, add products to the document. You can:
- Create a new product
- Find a product by barcode
- Select a product from the catalog
In this example, we will select a product from the catalog.
Enter the following details:
- Product quantity
- Source warehouse
- Destination warehouse
Then tap Done.
Tap Create. The document will be saved as a draft.
After the products are physically moved to another warehouse, process the document.
The document will appear in the list with the Processed status.
