Proactive CRM

Proactive CRM helps you manage sales and stay in touch with customers. It reminds you to plan the next activity in a deal.


Plan your next contact with a customer

If a deal or lead has no planned activity, CRM prompts you to create one. You can edit the activity name, reminder, deadline, responsible person, and file attachments. This tool is called Smart Activities in Bitrix24 CRM.

To turn off Smart Activities, tap the three dots in the upper-right corner and select the option in the menu.

Select a time period:

  • Today
  • This week
  • This month
  • Never

Focus on new activities

Bitrix24 CRM has Focus mode. It moves items to the top of the list when they need attention, for example, after an incoming call or a comment from a colleague.

When you open CRM, you can quickly see which items need your attention first.


Counters

Counters remind you about CRM activities. When an activity needs attention, the counter turns on.

Mobile CRM has three counter types:

  1. Planned. Shows items with overdue activities or activities due in less than 15 minutes.

  2. Inbound. Shows all unprocessed activities, such as calls, emails, chat messages, order payments, and task comments.

  3. Today. Shows all activities due by the end of the day.

Counters

To avoid distracting notifications, counters turn on only when it is time to act. By default, counters turn on 15 minutes before the deadline. You can change this time.

Proactive CRM shows what you need to do today and what is planned for the next week or month.
