Kanban view helps you track task progress in a project. It uses stages (columns) that represent different steps in the workflow.
By default, the Kanban board includes these stages:
- New
- In progress
- Finished
All new tasks appear in the New stage. You can rename these stages, add new ones, and move tasks between them. Stage names are visible to all project members.
Create and edit stages
1. Tap the All stages menu.
2. Tap the pencil icon to edit stages.
3. Tap Create stage to add a new stage.
To edit an existing stage, tap the pencil icon next to its name.
You can:
- Change the stage name
- Set or update the color
- Delete the stage
Reorder stages
To change the order of stages:
- Tap and hold the stage menu on the left side of the column.
- Drag the stage to a new position.
Create a task
Tap the + button and fill in the task details.
The task appears in the first column by default. You can move it to any other stage.
Move a task to another stage
1. Tap the stage name on the task block.
2. Select the new stage.
Each task is always assigned to a specific stage, so you can track progress at a glance.
