Mobile tasks

In the Bitrix24 mobile app, you can manage all task work in one place. Discuss details with colleagues, save decisions, attach files, and track task status. All updates stay connected, so you don’t need to switch between tools.

Edit tasks

Open a task, tap the field you want to update, and make your changes. For example, you can change the deadline or attach a file.


Manage task preferences

You can enable additional task options to manage task progress and deadlines.

Open the task and tap Three dots (...) > Task preferences.

Available options:

Require task status summary
The assignee must add a result, such as a file, comment, or work report, before completing the task.

Require approval upon completion
When the task is completed, it is sent to the task owner for review. The owner can approve the result or return the task for revision.

Assignee can change deadline
The assignee can update the deadline at any time.

Skip weekends
If a deadline falls on a weekend or holiday, it automatically moves to the next business day.


Delete tasks

Open the task, tap Three dots (...) in the top corner, and select Delete.


Use task chats

Open the task and tap Task chat.

In the chat, you can discuss the task, share files, and make calls.

To see all task chats:

  1. Open Messenger from the bottom menu.
  2. Tap Task chats.

This section shows conversations for all tasks you are involved in.

To quickly find a chat for a specific task:

  1. Open Task chats.
  2. Tap the search icon.
  3. Start typing the task name.
  4. Select the task from the results.

Find tasks

Use the search by name or description.

Filter by status.

Sort tasks by activity, deadline, or new comments.


Change task views

Mobile tasks support three views:

  • List shows key details such as title, checklist, and priority.

  • Deadlines organizes tasks by their deadlines in columns.

  • Planner displays tasks as a Kanban board with custom stages.

To change the view, tap Three dots (...) > Task view.


Use quick actions in tasks

Press and hold a task in the list to open the action menu.

Available actions:

  • Complete the task
  • Send a ping
  • Pin the task
  • Disable notifications
  • Read all notifications
  • Share the task
  • Delete the task
