CoPilot in Bitrix24 uses different service providers for specific tasks:
- gpt-4o-2024-11-20 – chats, text generation, short call summaries, call analysis, repeat sales scripts, and automatic CRM field updates
- Dall-E-3 – image generation
- AudioCall – video call transcription
- AudioAssistant AI – transcription of CRM calls and chat audio messages
You can check which provider is used in any CoPilot chat.
Check the provider in a chat
1. Open Messenger and select a chat with CoPilot.
2. Click the chat name at the top.
Click Provider.
If a provider has an issue, CoPilot may not process your request. Wait until the provider resolves the problem.
