We have an important update regarding monthly pricing in USD.

What's changing

Monthly subscription plans will increase up to 16% for both new and existing customers billed monthly, starting April 20, 2026.

If you're on annual billing, your price stays the same for the full term of your subscription.

Why we are doing it

This is only the third pricing adjustment since Bitrix24 launched in 2012. We've worked hard to keep pricing stable, but rising operating costs now require an update, which will help us keep Bitrix24 reliable and continue improving the platform for teams around the world.

Save with annual billing

Annual plans are not affected by this monthly price increase. Depending on your plan, annual billing can still save you up to 31% compared to paying monthly.

How does this affect you?

Automatic renewals: if you have auto-renewal enabled, your next billing cycle on or after April 20 will be charged at the new price. If you do not wish to renew at the updated price, you can cancel your subscription before the next billing date in the Order history section.

Partner payments: if your subscription is paid through a Bitrix24 partner, your next renewal will also follow the new terms. Please contact your partner for details about your updated rate.
