A system user is a service account without a login or password. It appears automatically in two cases: after you install an app from Bitrix24 Market and when you dismiss an employee and choose to keep their active webhooks.

When does a system user appear?

When you install an app from Bitrix24 Market. Bitrix24 automatically creates a system user so the app can work with Bitrix24 data, including CRM, tasks, and other sections you granted access to during installation. The app continues to work even if the employee who installed it leaves the company.

When you dismiss an employee with active webhooks. In Bitrix24 on a computer, the administrator chooses whether to keep or disable the employee's webhooks. If you keep them, Bitrix24 automatically creates a system user with the required permissions, and the webhooks continue to work after the employee is dismissed. If you disable them, the webhooks stop working.
