Troubleshooting sign-in errors

If you aren't able to sign in, you'll see a corresponding error message.

Cannot sign in. Please check your data is correct.

This error occurs when you enter a wrong login or password.

  • Contact your Bitrix24 administrator to check the login specified in your profile.

  • Set a new password in a few steps:

  1. Tap Forgot password?

  2. Specify the email address or phone number you used when registering in your Bitrix24 account.

  3. A password recovery code is sent by email or SMS. Enter it to the special field.

You still don't have a Bitrix24

This error can mean that you really do not have a registered Bitrix24 yet.

Another reason is the wrong type of authorization, for example, when the selected social service (Google, Facebook, Apple ID, etc.) is not linked to your account.

Make sure to connect a social login you need for authorization. Contact your Bitrix24 administrator or our support team for help.

Error when signing in using address

The error appears when you enter a wrong Bitrix24 address, for example, mycompany instead of mycompany.bitrix24.com. The text may differ:

  • Unknown server response. Please try again later.

  • Unfortunately, we could not establish a secure connection to the server. Do you want to try to connect without security?

To find out your Bitrix24 address, ask your Bitrix24 administrator or colleagues.

Bitrix24 requests a Bitrix24 OTP code

Get the code from the Bitrix24 OTP app. If you don't have it installed or you've bought a new phone, contact your Bitrix24 account administrator. They can temporarily disable the two-step authentication for you so you can sign in.
