Chat Bots

Chat Bot is a virtual assistant who responds to requests and replies in personal or group chats, helps to get information, depending on the purpose of the chat bot.

You can communicate with the chat bots in the same way as you communicate with the Bitrix24 employees.

Add a chat bot

  1. Go to the Market section.
  2. In the filter, specify the category Chat Bots or simply search for the applications. Select the desired chat bot and click Install.
  3. After successful installation, you can set employee access permissions to this chat bot.

Delete a chat bot

  1. Go to Market - Installed apps. Choose a chat bot and click Delete.
  2. Or go to the application card of the chat bot and click Delete.

Chat bots can be added or deleted only by a user with Administrator permissions.

Create a chat bot

You can extend the functionality of your Bitrix24 by ordering development of a chat bot application from our partners or develop a chat bot yourself.
