Kanban view is a way of displaying documents on different work stages. Thanks to this view, employees will always know which document is at the stage of approval and whom they need to call to remind about document signing. This tool will be especially useful for companies that work with a large number of documents.
Go to the Bitrix24.Sign section in the main menu and select the Kanban view.
Kanban stages are already set by default, but you can customize them.
Click on the pencil icon to change the stage name, color or delete unnecessary columns.
Hover your mouse over any stage and click on the plus sign to add a new stage.
The document form can be moved to any of the stages.
Use the filter to quickly search for a document. Click on the search bar and select the field values.
Create your own filter and save it. For example, set up tracking by responsible person. This method will help employees understand which documents to work with. It will help managers control the work of employees.
You can also search for a document using the search bar. Enter a word or a part of it.
You can configure form fields. Click the settings icon - Kanban settings and select the Configure view form fields option.
Select fields and save changes.
