Sign documents on behalf of a company

When you use e-Signature for HR, you need to choose who signs documents for your company. In Bitrix24, this person is the company representative. It can be the CEO or any authorized employee.

It may be required by your applicable law to sign an agreement to deal electronically with your employee prior to initiating an electronic signature process.

The signing order is fixed. The company representative signs first. Then the document is sent to the employee.

If you are the company representative, follow these steps.

  1. Start the process. When a document requires your signature, you receive a message in Bitrix24 chat. Click Sign now to open the side panel.

  2. You can also track documents in e-Signature for HR > Pending my action. The counter shows how many documents are waiting for your signature. After you sign a document, it is removed from the list.

  3. Choose employees. You can sign the document with all employees or select a specific one.

  4. To find an employee, click the search icon and enter their last name. Then open the menu (…) next to the employee and click Sign.

    To check who you have already signed with, use the filter Filter.

  5. Review the document. In the Document for signing section, click View and review the details. If you find errors, cancel the signing process.

  6. Sign the document. If everything is correct, click Send document at the bottom.

  7. Confirm signing. To complete the process, confirm the signature in the Bitrix24 mobile app. If you do not have the app, scan the QR code to install it.

    Tap Confirm to finish.

After you sign, the document is sent to the employee for their signature.
