All workgroup and project data stays in Bitrix24, even after you disable them.

Here’s where to find it:

• Tasks — in the Tasks section
• Files — in the workgroup folder on Bitrix24 Drive
• Messages sent to participants — in the Feed

If your current plan no longer includes workgroups and projects, or you downgraded from a higher plan:

• You can’t access or work in existing workgroups and projects.
• You can still find all related materials at any time.

Bitrix24 Cloud plans: Update from August 1, 2024

Find tasks

1. Go to Tasks and Projects > Tasks.
2. Click the search bar.
3. Enter the task name in the Project(group) field.
4. Click Search.

You’ll see all tasks linked to the selected project or workgroup. Open any task to continue working.

Find messages

1. Go to the Feed.
2. Click the search bar.
3. Enter the workgroup or project name in the To field.
4. Click Search.

You’ll see all messages sent to members of that workgroup or project.

Find files

If the workgroup or project folder was connected to Bitrix24 Drive, all files are stored there.
