There are different types of meeting rooms and different levels of reservation access. For example, some meeting rooms can be booked only by an office manager or a secretary.
In Bitrix24 Calendar, there are access permissions for all meeting rooms or for a certain one.
General access permissions to all meeting rooms
General permissions allow you to regulate employee access to the meeting room reservation schedule.
To do this, click on the Settings button.
Click Add and select an employee, a department or a group from the company structure.
Choose access permissions you want to give.
- Access denied – no access to the meeting room reservation schedule.
- View and reserve – you can view occupancy and reserve meeting rooms.
- Edit – you can add new meeting rooms, edit the parameters of meeting rooms, including the access permissions of a particular meeting room.
- Full access – all permissions, including the setting of general permissions for all meeting rooms.
Access permissions for a specific meeting room
Go to the list of meeting rooms.
Click Edit.
Click Acceess Permissions > Add. Select an employee, a department, or group from the company structure.
Choose access permissions you want to give.
