Deals with reserved products

You can find the information about the deal and the person who reserved an item in the product form, in the deal form, and through a deal search.

For example, you were contacted by a client who wants to buy your product today. You see that this product is reserved. In this case, you can check deals in which the item is reserved.

If one of the managers forgot to remove the reservation, the product will be available.

Check reservation in the product form

Open the product form. In the last column, you will see the number of reserved items. Click on the number to open the deal.

If the field is not displayed

Click on the gear icon and check the Reserved box.

In the slider, you will see in which deals the product is reserved.

In the Inventory tab, you can find the information about the warehouse in which the product is reserved.

Check reservation through the filter

To find out in which deals an item is reserved, select one or more items and the value Has reserved items - Yes.

If the fields are not displayed

Click on the serach bar and the Add field button.

Select the Product and Has reserved items options.

Done. The fields are added to the filter.

All deals in which this item is reserved will be found.

If you specify an item, but select "No" in the Has reserved items field, you will see all deals in which the item is involved, regardless of whether it is reserved or not.

How to check reservation in deal

Open the deal, go to the Products tab and click on the Available stock section. The number of items in stock, reserved items and the number of available items will be shown.
