Bitrix24 email templates help you quickly create and send emails with the same content. For example, if you often send company details to partners, create a template to save time.
To create an email template, open the CRM form. In the timeline, select More > Email.
Select a template from the list. If the list is empty, you either have no templates yet or you do not have permission to view templates created by other users.
If you send multiple emails with the same template, enable the Remember last used option. The next time you create an email, the last template will open automatically in the CRM form.
