Collabs are a space for collaboration with external teams and clients. There is no need to switch between different applications - all the services you need are already in the collab: chats, files, tasks and calendar.
For example, you can invite an expert to the collab. All participants of the collab will be able to study course materials, discuss them on joint calls and work with tasks.
Common workspace
Unite employees and guests to work together: you'll see who's already in the collab, and those who haven't joined yet will receive a reminder.
Chats. The key section of the collab: here you can discuss work issues and hold general calls. All communication history is saved and the desired participant can be found at any time.
Files. Store and edit documents in one place. This reduces the risk of data loss and makes the collaboration easy.
Tasks. In a collab, agreements are not lost after discussion - you can create a task from the chat. All tasks are stored in one place, and collab participants can see the work progress.
Calendar. Easily find a meeting time that suits all participants. You can see common slots and events in the collab calendar. Create a meeting in a couple of clicks.
Security and data storage
To ensure that participants view only the information they need, configure access permissions in the collab. If you remove the invited user from the chat, this perosn will lose access to the collab. Fired employees will also automatically lose access to Bitrix24. After deleting a participant, all data remains in the collab.
The chat is spam and scam-proof - only the users you invite can join the collab. Only members have access to the collab chat.

Easy to find what you need
Chat, files, tasks and collab events are gathered in one place. No need to switch between services and forwarding messages.
Collabs are available in the Bitrix24 mobile application. Discuss your project in messenger, call participants and schedule meetings. Monitor progress on tasks and share files - you can work in a collab without a computer.
