Share your screen

1. Click Screen or press Ctrl + Shift + S (Cmd + Shift + S on Mac).
2. Select the app window or browser tab.
3. Click Share.

To stop sharing, click Screen again.

How to record a call

1. Click Record or press Ctrl + Shift + R (Cmd + Shift + R on Mac).
2. Choose to record audio only or both video and audio.

The recording is saved in Recorded video calls on your computer. You can share it in the call chat if Drive sync is enabled.

If several users share screens, the recording captures only the screen of the person who started the recording.

How to set background or use a 3D avatar

1. Open the camera or microphone menu in the bottom panel.
2. Click 3D avatar and background.

• On the 3D avatar tab, choose a character and click Save.
• On the Background tab, select an image or video, blur your background, or upload your own.





Create a meeting brief or document during a call

You can create notes and work on documents together during a call.

Click Document in the call window and choose an option:

• Meeting brief: Create a call summary. You can use a template.
• Create document: Start a text document, spreadsheet, or presentation.
• Open recent briefs: View summaries from previous calls.
