Meeting brief and document creation in Bitrix24 calls

During a work call, it is important to take some notes so that you do not forget the details of the dialogue.

In Bitrix24, you can make a call brief, as well as create and edit documents together. Click the Document button in the call window.

There are three options in the menu:

  1. Meeting brief – call record in a text document.
  2. Create document – you can create a text document, a table or a presentation and work with it during the call.
  3. Open recent briefs – here you can see text records of the previous call.
These options are available on the new Standard and Professional plans.

Meeting brief

After selecting the Meeting brief option, you will be offered templates for the document.

The templates differ only in graphic design. The other templates can be selected on the next call.

A link to the file will be sent to the call chat.

The meeting brief can be opened by any participant of the call. The document can be edited together by all participants at once.

All changes are automatically saved in the file. An updated version of the file will be sent to the chat.

Create document

You can create a text document, a table or a presentation during the call. A link to the new file will also be sent to the call chat.

Unlike a meeting biref, a document created by another participant on the call is opened for review first. To start editing this document together, click the Edit button.

All changes are automatically saved in the document. An updated version will be sent to the chat.

Open recent brief

If you want to open the previous call record, select the Open recent brief in the menu.

The document opens by default for viewing. To change the document, click the Edit button.

All changes are automatically saved in the document. An updated version will be sent to the chat.

Read about document editing in the article Bitrix24. Documents.
