Fix video conferencing issues

Bitrix24 Cloud

Unsupported browser

Video conferencing works best in supported browsers.

For stable performance, use:

Missing SSL certificate

Your site must use an SSL certificate signed by a trusted certificate authority (CA). Self-signed certificates are not supported.

Push&Pull server configuration issues

Check that the Push&Pull server is configured correctly. Incorrect settings can prevent video conferencing from working properly.
