No Refund Policy

Please be advised that Bitrix products (subscriptions, license keys, etc.) are non-refundable. Also, please keep in mind, that you are responsible for all and any charges already incurred for Bitrix24 services in accordance with Bitrix24 Terms of Service.

The refund and licensing policy for Bitrix24.Market apps is specified by the corresponding app developer. To request more information, please get in touch with the Market app developers.

All fees are exclusive of taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities; you are responsible for paying any such applicable tax.

In case of non-payment for any reason, Bitrix24 reserves the right to immediately bar the User's access to the Bitrix24 Cloud services.

If you are using your Bitrix24 account with a commercial subscription, and wish to discontinue the service, you’ll need to disable the automatic subscription renewal option.


If Сloud account is migrated to On-Premise Copy

If you migrate your Bitrix24 cloud account to an On-Premise product copy, the unused days (months) of your cloud commercial subscription will be converted and added to your On-Premise license’s activity period.
