How to share open slots with external guests
Share a link to your open slots with your business partners and customers.

Go to Calendar and toggle Open slots.

Click the Copy link button to generate a link to your open slots. It is automatically copied to the clipboard.

Then send the link to an external contact in any convenient way.
Once the contact opens the link, they can choose the most convenient date and time to create a meeting.

Tap your profile photo in the upper-left corner.

Select Calendar from the list of tools.

In the upper-right corner, tap the Slots icon.

Turn on the toggle to enable this option.

Tap Share slots and send your contact a link via email or messenger.
What your contacts see
Check what exactly an external contact will see by opening the link to your open slots.
Create a test meeting to check what your contact will see once they open the link.
Select the date and time to create a meeting and see how it works.
Tap What will my contacts see? at the bottom. Create a test meeting to see how it works.
How to edit a meeting with an external guest
The meeting appears as a new event in your calendar in Bitrix24. Open it in edit mode to:

add other users as attendees
There is no way to edit the date and time of the meeting. You can decline it, and your guest will be notified about that by email.

How to configure the available slots and their duration
Configure the days of the week, time, and duration of an upcoming meeting.
In the Available slots section, specify the available time slots by setting the preferred days and hours. For example, you can align with your company's business hours: from Monday to Friday, from 10 am to 7 pm.
Also, indicate the length of each time slot dedicated to customer meetings.

Create shared slots and invite your colleagues to the meeting according to their availability.
Click the + icon and select employees from the list.
Click the Copy link button to generate a link to the shared slots.

Deny access to the shared slots by clicking the cross icon next to the link.
