You can customize the main account menu for the whole company. Configure the most used tools to make it convenient to work and hide unnecessary ones from the menu. Employees will not have access to the hidden tools.

Only Bitrix24 administrator can configure the company menu. Click on the icon next to the company logo and select Settings.
Configure the main menu items in the Tools section.
To show or hide a section, use the button next to each tool. Click Save.
You can configure access to individual tools in Collaboration, Tasks and projects, CRM, Company, and Automation sections.
You can do this in two ways:
- Disable the tool of the section in Bitrix24 Settings.
- Configure the settings and access permissions of the section.
- You can customize the main menu for all employees.
- Add and hide tools and configure access permissions for each one.
- Only Bitrix24 administrator can configure the company menu.
