Smart Process Automation (SPA) lets you build custom workflows. You can create CRM entities with custom fields, kanban stages, permissions, and more.

You can also use SPA outside of CRM to automate work for any team, such as HR or Accounting. Create a dedicated workspace and set up the tools and settings you need.
To access SPAs outside CRM, open the Automated solutions section.

How it works
Automated solutions live in a separate section. They are not tied to CRM.
Each solution can include one or more SPAs. Every SPA has its own:
- Forms
- Pipelines
- Kanban stages
- Automation rules
To open the section, go to Automation > Automated solutions > Automated solutions.
What you can do
Create an automated solution for any department. Set permissions so only the right employees can access it.
For example, HR can manage:
- Recruiting
- Hiring
- Onboarding
- Offboarding
You can also connect solutions with automation rules. For example, HR can send requests to IT automatically.
Create an automated solution
Follow these steps:
1. Create a solution
Click Create above the list. Enter a name and save.
2. Add or link an SPA
Open the Smart Process Automation tab in the solution settings. Create a new SPA or move an existing one from CRM or another solution.

3. Set up forms and kanban stages
Add fields to the SPA form. For example, create a candidate form for HR.
Create kanban stages and move items through them as work progresses.

4. Set permissions
Grant access to employees who will use the SPA.
