Log in to the account in the mobile app

Log in using the same method you used to register. For example, if you registered with a social network, use that to log in.

You can sign in with:

Email address. Tap Sign in and enter your email. Then enter your password and tap Continue. If you forget your password, tap Forgot password? and follow the instructions. If you have multiple Bitrix24 accounts, choose one to sign in.

Mobile phone number. Tap Sign in and enter your phone number. If the system recognizes it, you'll receive an SMS with a code. Enter it into a special field.

If you don't receive an SMS with a code, check if you entered the phone number correctly. If you did, give it some time, as it might occur because of the service's workload. You can request the code again in 60 seconds.

Single Sign-on. Tap the service icon, then enter your corporate email and password.

Social login. Tap the social network icon (e.g., Facebook, Google) to log in using a specific service linked to your Bitrix24 Network profile. Allow the app access to your account.

If you used a social service during registration and want to simplify the login process, create a familiar login and password. In this case, email will be used as a login.

QR code. Log in to the mobile app without login and password if you are already authorized in a browser or the desktop app. Open the user widget and click Show QR code.

Then tap the QR code icon in the mobile app. Tap the Scan the QR code button at the bottom and point your phone's camera to the QR code on the screen.

Account address. This method is handy if you have a Bitrix24 On-premise account. It also works for Bitrix24 Cloud accounts, taking you directly to the one you need.

Tap Enter address, specify your account address, for example, test1234.bitrix24.com, and tap Continue.

You can enter Bitrix24 address either with https:// or without it. If you don't know your Bitrix24 address, ask your Bitrix24 administrator or colleagues.

Then, enter your login and tap Continue.

Bitrix24 Cloud account login is your email address, phone number, or social login.

Bitrix24 On-premise account login is provided by your Bitrix24 administrator. Contact them for login details.

If your Bitrix24 has two-step authentication, enter a one-time code from the Bitrix24 OTP app or a backup code.

Add multiple Bitrix24 accounts in the mobile app

In the mobile app, you can use multiple Bitrix24 accounts at once. This makes it simple to switch between them and handle tasks for different companies.

To add another account:

  1. Go to the Menu tab.
  2. Tap the three dots (...) in the upper right corner.
  3. Select Switch account.
  4. Tap Add and sign in to the needed account.

Remove an account from the mobile app

To remove an account:

  1. Go to the Menu tab.
  2. Tap the three dots (...) in the upper right corner.
  3. Select Switch account.
  4. Swipe the account from right to left and tap Remove.
