Invite via the email app

1. Open the Invite widget and click Invite.
2. Select Invite by email.
3. Choose a department. New users will be added there after they accept the invite.
4. Click Invite again to open your email app.
5. Enter the recipients’ email addresses. You can edit the message.
6. Send the email.

Invite via the Bitrix24 mailing service

If you do not have an email app set up on your computer, use a different invite method or send invitations with the Bitrix24 mail service.

1. Open the Invite widget and click Invite.
2. Select Invite by email.
3. Choose a department.
4. Click Bitrix24 mailing service.
5. Enter email addresses.
6. Click Send.

You can track invitation status in the Employees section.

1. Go to Employees.
2. Select the Invited filter.

Invite via the email app

1. Go to Menu and tap Plus (+).
2. Select a department.
3. Tap Other methods > Email.
4. Tap Invite to open your email app.
5. Enter email addresses.
6. Send the email.

Invite via the Bitrix24 mailing service

1. Tap I don't have an email on this device.
2. Enter one or more email addresses (separate with spaces). Tap Next.
3. Enter names and tap Invite.

You can track the status of invitations in the Employees section.

1. Go to Menu > Employees.
2. Select the Invited filter.
