Create a Bitrix24 account in the mobile app

Bitrix24 is a collaboration platform for teams. Use it to chat, assign tasks, manage customers in CRM, schedule meetings, store files, and more.

You can create a Bitrix24 account directly in the mobile app. This helps you get started quickly without using a computer.

Create a Bitrix24 account

Choose one of the following options:

  • Using email – sign up with an email address and password.
  • Using social login – sign up with an existing Google, Facebook, or Apple account.
After you register, you are automatically signed in to Bitrix24. To sign in later with email, create a password in the web version of Bitrix24.

Sign up with email

Enter your email address and tap Create for free.

Bitrix24 sends a confirmation email to the address you entered. Confirm your email to manage your plan and pay for additional services, such as telephony.

Sign up with social login

Tap the icon of the service you want to use, for example Google.

Allow Bitrix24 to use your account data. Tap Continue.

Sign in to your account.

Allow Bitrix24 to access your basic profile data. Tap Continue.

Your Bitrix24 account will be created automatically.


Set up Bitrix24

Complete a few quick steps to prepare Bitrix24 for your team:

  • Select the number of people in your company
  • Specify your industry
  • Choose the tools you use most often

The selected tools appear across the mobile app for quick access. Other tools remain available in the main menu.

Tap Continue.
