Connect Zoiper softphone to Bitrix24

What is a softphone?

A softphone lets you make voice and video calls over the internet. You can use it instead of a physical VoIP phone. This helps reduce costs since you don’t need extra hardware. All you need is an internet connection and a computer or mobile device.

Note: When you connect a softphone to Bitrix24 Telephony, only voice calls are supported. Video calls and messaging are not available.

Before you start

To connect a softphone, you’ll need:

  • Server address
  • Login
  • Password

You can find these details in your Bitrix24 account.

Note: Only Bitrix24 administrators can configure telephony settings.


Set up Bitrix24 Telephony

  1. Go to CRM > Add-ons > Telephony.
  2. Click Connection > Configure telephony > Telephony users.
  3. Select a user.
  4. Open the menu next to the user name and click Configure.
  5. Copy the Server, Login, and Password values.

You’ll use these details in your softphone app.

Install Zoiper

Download the Zoiper app for your device from the official website:

  • Windows
  • macOS
  • Linux
  • Android
  • iOS

iOS

  1. Open Zoiper.
  2. Go to SettingsAccounts.
  3. Tap + → select Yes (I already have an account).
  4. Choose Manual configurationSIP account.
  5. Enter your Server, Login, and Password.
  6. Tap Register.
  • The Account name can be anything.
  • If setup is successful, you’ll see OK in the registration status and a green checkmark.

Android

  1. Open Zoiper.
  2. Enter your Bitrix24 Login and Password.
  3. Tap Create an account.
  4. Enter the Hostname (Server).
  5. Tap Next.
  6. (Optional) Set a proxy server or tap Skip.
  7. Select SIP TCP.
  8. Tap Finish.

Windows, macOS, Linux

  1. Open Zoiper.
  2. Enter your Login and Password.
  3. Click Login.
  4. Enter the Hostname (Server).
  5. Click Next.
  6. (Optional) Configure a proxy server or click Skip.
  7. Select SIP TCP > click Next.
  8. Set up your audio and video devices.

Done

Your Zoiper app is now connected to Bitrix24. You can start making calls.

Important: Bitrix24 does not guarantee full compatibility with third-party softphones. If you run into issues, contact the softphone provider’s support team.
