A lead is a potential customer. Use the lead form to store all sales information. This includes contact details, the responsible employee, and products.

How to create a lead
Leads can be created automatically from calls, emails, web forms, and other sources.
To create a lead manually:
- Tap Plus (+).
- Select Lead.
Fill in the client details:
- First and last name
- Phone number
- Email address (home or work)
- Source — where the client found your company, such as an ad or website
- Responsible — the employee who will handle the lead
- Observer — employees who can view the lead and stay informed
- Products — select or create the product the customer wants
Tap Create.
If the client already exists in the CRM, you can create a repeat leadA repeat lead is a lead form with the Client field completed. It contains contact details of the existing client. Such a lead is marked "Repeat lead".. To do this, add a contact or company to the Client field.
Work with the lead form
The lead form has three sections:

Details — fill in all lead fields

Products — add products, set quantity, and apply discounts

Timeline — track changes such as stage updates, calls, emails, and comments
Use the Timeline to plan activities so you don’t miss follow-ups. For example, set a reminder to call the client or prepare documents.
To add an activity:
- Tap Plus (+) in the Timeline section.
- Choose an action: add a comment, create a task, or send an SMS.
Convert a lead
You can convert a lead into a contact, company, or deal.
- Open the Details section.
- Tap Plus (+).
- Select Create from source.
- Choose what you want to create.
Repeat leads can only be converted into deals.
