Start with the free plan. It is automatically activated when you create a Bitrix24 account and includes basic tools:

How to purchase a Bitrix24 plan
There are several ways to purchase a plan.
In the Subscription > My Plan section. Click Renew subscription to select a new plan or renew the current one, or Buy if you are currently using the free version of Bitrix24.

How to place an order in Bitrix24 and get an invoice
You can place an order directly in your Bitrix24 account. This is done by the Bitrix24 administrator, but they can grant this right to other employees.
- Go to the My Plan widget and click Renew. On the free plan, click Buy > Buy plan.
- Select the appropriate plan and click Buy.
- Specify who is placing the order — an individual, legal entity, or sole proprietor.
- Choose the term — month or year. A 20% discount applies for annual payments.
- Check or fill in the payment details depending on the payer type.
- Click Next step.
After that, a payment page will open, or an invoice will be generated. You can pay it immediately or later in the My Plan > Purchases and Documents section.
Available payment methods
You can pay for your order using a method convenient for you — bank transfer, electronic money, or card.
Bank transfer. Legal entities, individuals, and sole proprietors can pay by invoice, which is generated automatically.
Electronic money. This payment method is only available to individuals.
Card. This payment method is available to individuals, legal entities, and sole proprietors.
Is VAT included in Bitrix24 pricing?
Only telephony payments are subject to VAT.
How to get payment documents for a plan
Accounting documents for license and SIP connector payments are only available in electronic form.
In your Bitrix24. Documents appear in the Purchases section within five days after payment.
To view and download a document:
1. Open My Plan > Purchases and Documents.
2. Find the required order and click Order details.
3. Click License in the Payment and Delivery section to download the document.
How to get payment documents for telephony
To receive closing documents for telephony services in Bitrix24, wait for the operator to generate a universal transfer document (UTD). This will happen within ten business days after the reporting period ends. Originals will be sent to the address specified during payment.
If the documents do not arrive, you can request them again through the Voximplant account or write to finance@voximplant.com.
Is a paper license issued for plan payments?
After paying for a plan, you receive an electronic version of the license document—a PDF file signed with a qualified electronic signature (QES). This signature is certified by an accredited certification center, giving the document the same legal force as a paper one.
If you need a paper copy of the document, you can print it and certify it on your end.
What rights do I get after purchasing Bitrix24?
After purchasing a license, you gain the right to use Bitrix24 under the terms of the license agreement.
What is auto-renewal and how does it work?
Auto-renewal is an option that automatically renews your Bitrix24 plan and charges your card.
The first attempt to charge occurs one day before the plan expires. If the payment fails, Bitrix24 will make two more attempts:
- On the day the plan expires.
- Two days after expiration, if previous attempts were unsuccessful.
How to change a plan
When changing a plan, the remaining paid days are not lost. Bitrix24 automatically recalculates the remaining paid days on your current plan and transfers them to the new one.
The cost of the new plan does not change: the remaining days on the previous plan are credited as additional days of Bitrix24 usage.
What happens if you don’t renew your plan?
When your plan expires, Bitrix24 automatically switches to the free plan. Some features will become unavailable, and some tools will need to be disabled manually using the plan compatibility check.
If you don’t disable some tools within two weeks, you won’t be able to work in Bitrix24. To continue, renew your current Bitrix24 plan or choose a new one.
Can I pay extra for a specific tool without upgrading the plan?
You cannot purchase individual tools. All Bitrix24 features are available only within the plans.
Can I purchase the Professional plan for fewer users at a lower price?
No. The Professional plan is only available in its current configuration.
Does Bitrix24 have a plan constructor?
Bitrix24 does not have a plan constructor—you cannot select only specific features or a certain number of users. Check the available plans on the official Bitrix24 website.
